1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

2 Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on the opus4d Platform, a User must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. The use of the Platform by persons under 21 is strictly prohibited. opus4d enforces mandatory age verification through KYC documentation.
• Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia or a jurisdiction in which online gaming activity is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons lacking such capacity, including minors and individuals subject to legal guardianship orders, are ineligible.
• Single Account: Each User may hold only one Account. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances.
• Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be subject to an active self-exclusion order — either self-imposed through the Platform's responsible gaming tools or imposed by the Company.
• Not a Prohibited Person: You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee or director of opus4d or any affiliated entity.

3 Account Registration

The following terms apply to the creation and management of your opus4d Account:

3.1 Registration Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password not used on any other platform;
• Not share your login credentials with any third party;
• Notify opus4d immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account;
• Log out fully from shared or public devices after each session.

opus4d shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.

3.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual may register only one Account. Circumventing this rule by using different email addresses, names, payment methods, or devices to open additional accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited. Detected multi-accounts will result in closure of all associated accounts and permanent ban from the Platform, with all balances forfeited.

3.4 Account Currency

The default Account currency is Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). All deposits, wagers, bonus credits, and withdrawals are processed in IDR unless otherwise specified. Exchange rate risk for transactions involving non-IDR payment instruments is borne entirely by the User.

4 KYC Verification

To comply with anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations and to verify the age and identity of all registered Users, opus4d requires all Accounts to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before withdrawal functionality is enabled.

4.1 Required Documents

Users will be required to submit one or more of the following documents depending on verification tier:

• Government-Issued Photo ID: Indonesian national identity card (KTP) or valid passport;
• Proof of Address: Utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the past 90 days showing your registered residential address;
• Payment Method Verification: Evidence of ownership of the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits (e.g., partial account statement showing account holder name and account number).

4.2 Verification Timeline

opus4d will endeavor to complete document review within 24–48 hours of submission during business hours (WIB, UTC+7). Users will be notified by email upon successful verification or if additional documentation is required.

4.3 Enhanced Due Diligence

For accounts with high transaction volumes or where risk indicators are identified, opus4d reserves the right to request additional documentation, including source of funds declarations, without providing specific reasons. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 days may result in account suspension.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

opus4d accepts deposits via the following payment channels:

• Bank Transfer: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri (Bank Mandiri), CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia);
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja;
• Other methods as announced on the Platform from time to time.

5.2 Deposit Conditions

• Minimum deposit: Rp 50,000 per transaction;
• Maximum deposit: Rp 100,000,000 per transaction unless higher limits are granted in writing to VIP tier accounts;
• All funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited;
• Deposits are credited to your Account balance upon confirmation from the payment processor. opus4d is not liable for delays caused by third-party banking systems or scheduled maintenance windows.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 50,000 per transaction;
• Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods registered in your own legal name and previously used for deposits (return-to-source policy);
• KYC verification must be completed in full before any withdrawal request is processed;
• opus4d reserves the right to apply a security review period of up to 72 h ours for withdrawal requests that trigger internal risk review criteria;
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 5–15 minutes during WIB banking hours (08:00–22:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside these hours are queued for processing at the next available window;
• opus4d does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees.

5.4 Anti-Money-Laundering Policy

opus4d operates in strict compliance with internationally recognized anti-money-laundering (AML) standards. Depositing funds for any purpose other than genuine gaming activity is prohibited. The Platform actively monitors transaction patterns for indicators of money laundering, structuring, or fraud. Any Account found to be involved in such activity will be immediately suspended, reported to relevant authorities, and all associated funds frozen pending investigation.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

opus4d offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing Users. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion.

6.1 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer is available once per User, household, IP address, device, or payment method unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise;
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or assigned to another User;
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to Wagering Requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal;
• The standard Wagering Requirement is 20x to 40x the bonus amount, as specified in each promotion's individual terms;
• Wagering Requirements must be fulfilled within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited, after which any remaining bonus balance and associated winnings will be forfeited;
• opus4d reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.

6.2 Game Contribution Weighting

Not all games contribute equally toward satisfying Wagering Requirements. Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, the following contribution rates apply:

• Slot games: 100% contribution;
• Live casino table games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack): 10% contribution;
• Sports betting (including mix parlay accumulators and Asian Handicap markets): 100% contribution on settled bets with minimum odds of 1.50;
• Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws: 50% contribution;
• Progressive jackpot games: 0% contribution.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies designed to exploit bonus wagering, coordinated bonus farming across multiple accounts, or deliberate manipulation of game outcomes to satisfy wagering requirements artificially — will result in immediate forfeiture of the relevant bonus, reversal of any associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 Sportsbook

All sports bets placed on the Platform are governed by the specific rules applicable to each sport and market type. Key general principles include:

• Bets are binding once confirmed and cannot be cancelled by the User;
• opus4d reserves the right to void any bet where a pricing error, technical fault, or manifest error is identified — affected stakes will be returned in full;
• In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended at any time due to match stoppages, data feed interruptions, or risk management decisions;
• Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to win for the bet to pay out; one voided selection reduces the accumulator leg count but does not void the entire bet unless only one selection remains;
• Asian Handicap (voor bola) markets follow standard Asian Handicap settlement rules as published in the sportsbook rules section of the Platform.

7.2 Casino Games

Live casino and slot games are provided by licensed third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft. Each game operates under the studio's own certified RNG (Random Number Generator) or live dealer protocol. opus4d does not control individual game outcomes. Published RTP percentages reflect theoretical long-term return rates and are not a guarantee of individual session outcomes.

7.3 Maximum Winnings

opus4d reserves the right to apply maximum single-bet payout limits and maximum daily, weekly, or monthly withdrawal caps. Current limits are displayed within the Platform's banking section and may be subject to adjustment for VIP tier accounts. Any winnings exceeding applicable caps will be paid in installments per the schedule communicated by the Platform.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the opus4d Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Opening or operating more than one Account (multi-accounting);
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or during KYC;
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain — any winnings derived from identified bugs are void and will be reversed;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform without express written authorization;
• Colluding with other players, operators, or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional terms;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any component of the Platform's software or security systems;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward Platform staff or other users.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the opus4d Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, graphics, interface design, text, data compilations, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of opus4d or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any Platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from opus4d. Unauthorized use of the opus4d name, logo, or brand assets is strictly prohibited.

10 Privacy & Data

The collection, storage, and use of your personal data by opus4d is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the data processing practices described in the Privacy Policy, including the use of KYC documents for identity verification and fraud prevention purposes.

opus4d employs bank-grade SSL encryption across all data transmissions and stores personal data on secured servers accessible only to authorized personnel. We do not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

11 Responsible Gaming

opus4d is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming. The Platform provides the following tools to help Users maintain control over their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your Account;
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum amount you are prepared to lose within a given period;
• Session Time Limits: Receive notifications or automatic logouts after a defined play session duration;
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders displaying elapsed session time and net gaming balance;
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary cooling-off period (7 days to 6 months) or a permanent self-exclusion, during which you will be unable to access your Account or create a new one.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• opus4d shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. opus4d makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components;
• opus4d's total aggregate liability to any User for any cause of action shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim;
• opus4d shall not be responsible for internet connectivity failures, device malfunctions, or service outages caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including force majeure events, acts of government, natural disasters, or third-party infrastructure failures.

13 Termination

opus4d reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, if:

• A User is found to have violated any provision of these Terms;
• KYC documentation cannot be satisfactorily verified within the stipulated timeframe;
• The Account shows indicators of fraudulent, collusive, or money-laundering activity;
• Regulatory, legal, or risk management obligations require account closure;
• A User requests voluntary self-exclusion or account closure.

Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the User via their registered payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of all outstanding verification requirements and any applicable security review period.

14 Amendments

opus4d reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Where changes are material, we will endeavor to notify registered Users via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.

15 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising from your use of the opus4d Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of commercial law applicable to online gaming operations. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration conducted in the English language. opus4d does not represent that the Platform is legal in all jurisdictions; it is your responsibility to ensure compliance with the laws applicable in your location.

Nothing in this clause limits opus4d's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property, confidential information, or security interests.
